The Rolling Mill for Empty or Solid Wire and Strip is a motorized, steel-built machine designed for precision rolling, flattening, and profiling of solid wires, cored wires, and metal strips. Equipped with 120 mm diameter rollers that can be easily replaced, the machine offers flexibility for different processing requirements. Widia rollers are also available upon customer request.
The machine features an integrated lubrication and oil-coiling system operated through a single motorized trigger box, ensuring efficient operation. An independent motorized coiling unit with rotational and horizontal movement ensures optimal and uniform winding of the processed profile into a coil.
Additionally, a freely rotating spinning wheel supports the wire hank before processing, enabling smooth material feeding and reducing the need for continuous operator assistance.
