The YRHO-T-1000W is a mini computerized work center with high-speed numerical control.

➡️ Structure and movement

Structure: Made with aluminum castings to ensure strength and lightness.
Axis Movement: Uses brushless servomotors coupled with precision mechanics with slides and ball screws.

➡️ Locking system

Pneumatic Vice: Composed of two parts, one in aluminum casting and the other in steel, for precise locking of the material.
Vice Dimensions: Length of 200 mm and manually variable width from 20 mm to 90 mm.

➡️ Waste management

Scrap Collector Drawer: Positioned under the machine, it collects all the scraps and dust resulting from processing.

➡️ Standard equipment

Cutting Head: Equipped with a 1000W water-cooled Ytterbium fiber laser source, complete with collimator, focal, GAS input and capacitive sensor for real-time tracking of the sheet profile.
Handheld Control Keyboard: Allows manual movement of the machine axes.
Operator Protection Cabin: Designed with an innovative ergonomic concept, equipped with a front door for loading lifting pieces and safety devices compliant with standards. Internally it collects the processing scraps and conveys them to the recovery tank.
Cabin lighting: LED, with automatic color variation based on the processing phases:
